President - In charge of internal issues as well as the face of the organization. Responsible for all final offers decisions as well as responsible for any issues with SGA or Tech officials. Also in charge of calling and running team/officers meetings.
Vice President/Match Secretary - Responsible for setting up the match schedule in the Fall and Spring seasons. Also responsible for booking hotels and team travel plans. If the President is unavailable for a team/officers meeting the VP will take over for the duration of his absence.
Treasurer - In charge of the money and dues.
Webmaster - In charge of updating and maintaining the website and all other electronic needs.
Secretary - In charge of keeping minutes for any officers meeting as well as in charge of any USAR paperwork.
Field Manager - This position is in charge of keeping up with all of the team equiptment as well as organizing the preparation of the field for game day. There will be $40 refund of yearly dues for the thorough completion of this job.
Alumni Relations - This will be a new position. I would like for there to be someone in charge of organizing the efforts to keep our alumni involved with the team. This person will be coordinating with our alumni director Rob Feltus.
